arrived cracked along the base seam. had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement and customer service was slow to respond. when the replacement finally arrived it was fine but honestly the whole experience left a bad taste. the bong itself seems decent quality but i shouldnt have to deal with that out of the box

this is like the fourth or fifth grav piece in my house at this point and they just make really consistent glass. the beaker base on this is especially solid, i fill it about a third of the way and the drag is exactly where i want it. downstem and bowl both came in fine shape. Grav quality is just hard to argue with for what you pay

OK I WAS SKEPTICAL buying glass online but this thing is absolutely worth it. packed really well, nothing shifted or cracked in transit. the glass on this is noticeably thicker than my last two bongs from local shops. ok so i was nervous ordering glass online because my last bong from a headshop shattered when i dropped it from like two feet and this one is noticeably heavier, the borosilicate feels really solid and the base doesnt wobble at all on my desk, the downstem that came with it fit perfectly and the bowl is decent but honestly i replaced it after a week because i had a nicer one already, the grav logo on the side looks clean

been using this for about 6 months now and still going strong. took some experimenting to dial in the water level, i find about an inch above the downstem is the sweet spot for me personally. the beaker base makes it so much more stable than the straight tube i had before. dock one star because the ice catcher gets gunky kind of fast but thats probably on me
