cap came slightly bent out of the box. the click works maybe 60 percent of the time and when it doesnt click right you either overheat or get nothing. emailed support and they did send a replacement cap but it took almost three weeks to arrive. also lost the mouthpiece tip on day five because it just fell off mid-session. some people get great units, i clearly got a bad one. not impressed with QC for a hundred dollar product

its a good vape but nobody tells you the learning curve is legitimately steep. took me probably two weeks to consistently nail the click and not combust or get a weak hit. if youre coming from a push-button electric prepare to spend some time practicing. torch technique, heat timing, how long to wait before you inhale, all of it takes patience. not a complaint exactly just wish the listing was more upfront about this

this is more of a home or group piece than a true portable in my experience. the torch situation makes it kind of a hassle on the go, you need to keep butane around and refill it regularly. also its longer than i expected and doesnt fit in most small bags or cases. when it works its amazing but the convenience factor is maybe a 2 out of 5 compared to my old battery device

honestly thought the whole manual vape thing was gimmicky until a friend let me try his. bought the XL instead of the standard M because the bigger bowl sounded worth it and yeah it absolutely is. my buddy and i can get through a full sesh on one load. the click thing becomes second nature and its actually kinda zen once you get it. no chargers no batteries no apps. just butane and good vibes

too big for my pocket honestly. i wanted something discreet but this thing sticks out and the cap can slide off if youre not careful carrying it around. vape itself works great but its not as pocketable as i hoped
