THIS IS THE MOVE FOR ANYONE ON THE FENCE. I went back and forth for weeks between buying new at 399 and refurb at 319. Got the refurb and it came with new seals, new screens, a full 6 month warranty and works 100% identically to what my friend has (they bought new last year). The storz and bickel refurb process is serious. These are not some random return unit they slapped a discount sticker on. Actual factory work by in-house techs. Buy it.

ok i need to leave this review because i almost talked myself out of buying refurb three times before finally clicking buy. i kept thinking like what if the battery is shot or what if it smells weird or what if the cooling unit is garbage. none of that happened. it arrived wrapped and clean, the unit had new screens and seals installed by the storz and bickel techs, the battery holds charge great, and the vapor quality is exactly what every enthusiast says about this device - smooth, thick, great flavor. the 6 month warranty also made me feel way better about the decision. seriously just buy the refurb and save 80 bucks

The refurb quality is genuinely impressive. New parts everywhere it counts, no weird smells, arrived sanitized and ready to use. I took off one star because there is a small scuff on the bottom corner. Performance is flawless though and I knew going in that cosmetic imperfections are possible with refurb. If you care about the device looking pristine maybe buy new. If you care about vapor quality and saving 80 dollars, this is your unit
