ok so ive had the OG Peak and a Peak Pro and i picked this up because I wanted something i could actually carry places without being weird about it. the Pivot is exactly that. slim profile, the magnetic glass attachment is super easy to swap or clean, and battery gets me through a full day of casual sessions without charging. loading is simple, heat it up, enjoy. I dab mostly rosin and soft badder and both work really well. its not going to replace a full rig setup but for what it is this is honestly the best portable for the money i have used

chamber died at about 6 weeks in. the connection started getting spotty, device would fire but no heat, then nothing. stopped charging properly too around the same time. support was slow and wanted me to jump through hoops for a replacement. paid 117 dollars for something that lasted 6 weeks. my old wax pen from 3 years ago still works fine. very disappointed in puffco for this, expected better from a brand at this price

been using it for about 3 weeks. good flavor especially on rosin, the magnetic glass makes cleaning fast (just pop it off and rinse), and it genuinely fits in my coat pocket which is huge for me. docking a star because the battery drains faster than I expected and I have to charge it every day. minor complaint but the rest is solid

I own the Peak Pro too so I can compare directly. the Pivot is way smaller, slips in your jacket pocket no problem, the hits are lighter obviously but the flavor is still there. the 3D chamber tech trickling down to this price point is genuinely impressive. worth it as a travel piece or if the Peak is too much money to start with

its a solid device, hits are good, but if you ever dab off a Peak you will notice the clouds are smaller. thats fine, its a smaller device for a smaller price. the magnetic glass is nice and the form factor is genuinely pocketable unlike the Peak which needs a case. good for what it is, just have realistic expectations
