been eyeing the solo 3 for a while and when this open box listing popped up at $235 I figured worst case I return it. Turns out there was nothing to worry about. The box looked like it had been dropped at some point, one corner pretty mangled, but whoever processed this return did a solid job -- the device was spotless inside, glass stems were wrapped and intact, and it booted right up. I was honestly expecting it to smell like someone had been using it for months but it came through clean. Battery life has been solid over the past few weeks. The all-glass vapor path is the whole reason I wanted this unit and it delivers. No complaints. For 60 bucks off new price this was an easy call.

TOTALLY WORTH IT. Was nervous about open box but the listing said minor box damage and that was accurate -- one side of the box was crushed in a bit but the unit itself was in perfect shape. Glass stems unscratched. Battery charged up fine and held it well through my first few sessions. Arizer glass flavor is real, everything tastes clean. Saved $60 vs buying new. Would do it again.

unit itself is flawless -- works perfectly, clean, glass stems in great shape. but the box was pretty badly crushed, more than I expected from the listing. wouldnt say it was inaccurate exactly, just on the worse end of what minor might mean. doesnt affect the vaporizer at all so docking one star feels petty but here we are. $60 savings is legit though and id buy open box again.

A friend told me open box on Arizer stuff is usually safe because people return them for dumb reasons and I think thats right. This Solo 3 came with the box looking a little beat up -- one end was crushed in -- but the unit inside was clean and everything was packed in properly. Glass stems wrapped up, nothing loose or rolling around. Plugged it in to charge and it worked. Been using it daily for a couple months now, battery still holds well. Only downside is I was briefly worried when I opened the box and saw the damage, before I realized the product itself was fine. Listing was honest about it. For $60 less than new this was worth the two seconds of anxiety.

got this open box deal and honestly shocked at how clean it was. box had a corner dent but the solo 3 inside looked basically new. saved like 60 bucks and it ripped first try. zero regrets
