my original volcano classic ran for 11 years before i upgraded. ELEVEN YEARS. got the hybrid in 2023 and the build quality is identical -- this thing will last as long as you want it to. the hybrid adds the whip and the app which are both legit improvements. bag valve set replacements are like 25 bucks and you barely need them. i tell everyone i know who is serious about dry herb to just buy this and stop wasting money on trash
