Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy sets out the legal terms governing shipment of orders from VirtualGoodiez. It complements our friendly shipping overview; where the two differ, this Policy controls.
Where We Ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to addresses outside the 50 states, and we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We select the carrier and service level, and we may change carriers at any time.
Processing and Transit Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment and age/ID verification, with estimated transit times of 2–6 business days within the continental United States depending on destination and carrier. Processing and transit windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to verification, weather, carrier disruptions, or high demand.
Shipping Charges and Taxes
Standard shipping is $9.95 per order. Shipping is free on orders over $99. A sales tax of 7% is applied to taxable orders, calculated based on your shipping destination and applicable law.
Adult Signature
Because our products are age-restricted, all shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery, with valid government-issued ID presented to the carrier. The carrier may refuse delivery if no qualifying adult is available.
Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier. Once the carrier takes possession, the shipment is at your risk, subject to any applicable carrier insurance and your rights under law. Please report any transit loss or damage within 14 days of delivery.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address that matches a qualifying adult recipient. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Packages
If a package is undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or returned because no qualifying adult signature was obtained, it will be returned to us. We may refund the product price, less original and return shipping costs and any restocking fee, or reship at your expense.
