Where We Ship
We ship within the United States only. At this time we do not ship internationally.

A 7% sales tax is applied at checkout. The free-shipping threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal before tax.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and your age/ID verification clears (more on that below), we get to work. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days before handing off to the carrier. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is in, and a separate tracking email with a live tracking link as soon as it ships.
Estimated delivery after dispatch is typically 2-6 business days in the continental US, depending on your location and the carrier — USPS or UPS — selected at fulfillment.
Age & ID Verification Comes First
VirtualGoodiez sells to adults 21+ only. Every order requires government-issued ID and age verification BEFORE payment is captured and before anything ships. This is non-negotiable and protects everyone.
- If your verification clears, your order moves straight into processing.
- If verification cannot be completed or fails, your order is placed on hold and will not ship. Our support team will reach out to give you a chance to resolve it. If it still can't be verified, the order is cancelled and any pre-authorized payment is released or refunded.
We never ship to anyone we can't confirm is 21 or older.
Discreet, Unbranded Packaging
Your privacy matters. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no product imagery and no mention of what's inside on the exterior. The return label uses a neutral shipper name. What you buy is your business.
Signature on Delivery
Because our products are strictly for adults 21+, every order requires an adult signature (21+) on delivery. The carrier will not leave the package unattended. Please plan to have someone 21 or older available, or use the carrier's tools to arrange a convenient delivery.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO
Standard shipments go to physical US street addresses, and USPS delivers to PO boxes. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or internationally. If you have questions about delivery to your address, reach out before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
We pack carefully, but transit happens. If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, or your order arrives damaged:
- Contact support within 14 days of the delivery (or expected-delivery) date.
- Keep all packaging and take photos of any damage.
- We'll file the carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is reviewed.
Items that arrive defective or dead-on-arrival are handled under our Warranty policy.
